SENIOR CAR INSPECTION DAY A SUCCESS

Thanks to the Black Earth Deputies, Walt’s Garage, and the Northwest Dane Senior Center for making the senior car inspection day a success. We would also like to thank the senior citizens who took the time to participate in this community event. Dane County Deputies James Kartman, Clint Seltzner and William (Bill) McGowan provided some great information to our local folks. NWDSS is fortunate to have the partnerships of our local deputies and Walt's Garage! Mark you calendars... we will plan the next one for September 2011!

Medicare Part D Open Enrollment Assistance

NWDSS is offering assistance with Medicare Part D. Open Enrollment is November 15^th through December 31^st.

It is during this time that everyone with a Part D Plan should take a look at the plan changes and make sure the plan you are on is still the best one for you. Some plans are going away, some are changing their formularies, premiums, copayments and more. Get the information you need to make an informed decision. Deanna Topper, Case Manager at Northwest Dane Senior Services, Inc. will once again be offering Medicare Part D counseling sessions by appointment only. Please call 767-3757 to schedule an appointment. You will then be sent a worksheet to complete and bring with you.
